Josh is a blind disability advocate, 20+ year adman and is completing a PhD focusing on advertising and disability. He serves on the Adweek Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council, American Advertising Federation Mosaic Council, was awarded the AAF Silver Medal, recipient of the prestigious National Federation of the Blind scholarship, writes for Adweek, lectures at the Southeast Tourism Society Marketing College and is published in Routledge’s Companion to Disability and Media.
Toby Willis is the Senior Product Manager for Inclusive Technology and President of the Ability Inclusion Movement at Expedia Group. Toby is building the Equal Productivity Access Program for employees, and consulting with retail teams to better include travelers with accessibility concerns. Toby enjoys hiking and traveling with his Guide Dog, Dazzler.
